First I would like to thank everyone who attended the reunion this year, and a big thank you for Pam & Alan (Bugsy) Loveday, they opened their home for us to have the Saturday night BBQ at their place, it was a great success.
Congratulations go to Brian Morrison for winning the Golf Day, and Congratulations to the winner of the women's who was Maureen Parkes who won the Greg Normans balls and has a habit of ducking into the bushes, nature was calling, in future it might be best to google the golf course before getting there Maurs.
The swimming races were quite disppointing this year, Howard Jones had a race all on his own, coming 1st, 2nd & 3rd, maybe the shark issue at the moment was to blame, anyway Congratulations Howard for even doing the swim, sorry no women starters this year.
Next years one is at Ballina on weekend Friday 12th, Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th March 2010.

It is set on Shaws Bay and is a stones throw from the Main Surfing beaches and there are bicycle tracks from the Park into town and to the Shaweys Pub. but those who are good swimmers could swim across the bay to Pub. there are tent sites games rooms pools volley ball etc. There are also cabins which hold double and family units.
A suggestion from June for the Saturday night: New format for Reunion if everyone agrees short pub crawl picking up at parks and then having dinner organised by Richard and myself at the local fishing club on the banks of the river opening out onto treelined arear with built in bar with Stewart and beer at club prices.
Could you give me feedback so I can pass it on to June.
I hope we see you all there in the year 2010. I will send more photos each time I recieve more photos with the reminder emails.
