Capacity
The Ocean View Room can comfortably accommodate 150 guests standing, 100 for seated functions. We can provide chairs, tables and bar stools, however the hirer will need to provide their own table cloths and chair covers.
Catering
We are able to offer access to our large commerical kitchen with the hire of our function room. The kitchen has large stoves, ovens, fridges and benchspace for preparation and storage of food for your function.
The Club does not provide catering services, but we can happily recommend some local catering companies.
Alcohol
As we are a fully licensed venue if you wish to consume alcohol during hire of our venue we are able to open our bar and provide RSA staff.
For these reasons during the hire of the function room you are not able to provide or sell liquor, nor is it to be taken from the premises during the period of hire.
Music and Noise
The Ocean View Room is fully equipped with surround sound speakers, projector (suitable for use with laptops) microphone and lectern.
Noise must be kept to a possible minimum in respect to our residential neighbours close by. All music must cease by midnight as per noise restrictions.
